See how an Executive MBA can prepare you for the C-suite

Prepare to rise to the challenges of a rapidly changing workforce as an executive or C-suite professional. In partnership with the Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz (AWKO) Center for Leadership, which is part of the UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business, the online Executive Business Administration: Leadership Practice and Purpose, MBA is built for emerging leaders with five or more years of managerial experience.

The program’s dynamic online curriculum includes a series of virtual workshops led by expert faculty with years of industry knowledge and experience in preparing leaders who are innovative, insightful, courageous and ethical. Through robust, highly relevant courses, you will develop strategic management skills, leadership problem-solving tools, data-driven decision-making abilities and knowledge of formal organizations and their economic environment.

Courses emphasize developing situational awareness and the corresponding leadership responses in a dynamic workplace. The curriculum also explores the differences between management and leadership functions, communicating vision and strategy, and effective and ethical decision-making. Throughout UWF’s online Executive MBA program, you will identify an industry to explore in depth and advance your understanding of its complex, unique issues.

The program also offers a non-credit leadership workshop series. These leadership workshops, facilitated by the AWKO Center for Leadership Director Dr. Andrew Del Gaudio, focus on your personal and professional growth, empowering you to become the leader your organization needs to drive success. Explore your unique leadership style, understand the landscape of the rapidly changing global marketplace in which you operate, and develop your full leadership potential.

Four of the program’s courses include the development of a valuable MBA ePortfolio that you can present to current and future employers as an example of your advanced skillset and expertise.
