Brittany Rogers always intended to rise as a business leader. After earning her bachelor’s degree, she quickly decided to expand her business knowledge to perform more effectively and be considered for future promotions. In addition to learning more about professional collaboration through group projects, Brittany also sharpened her written communication skills through in-depth critiques the professors noted within her papers. “You got feedback every week on the section you did and it was very detailed and reviewed by multiple professors,” she added. “They’re trying to set people up for the real world. You were set up to know how to write a paper moving forward in the MBA program and what was expected of you.”
Brittany highly recommends the MBA program at UWF. “[My MBA] is returning a huge investment on my life, not just financially, but from a standpoint of what I know now versus what I knew then. I never knew all the things that went into running a business or strategic ways to find solutions to problems and to find those solutions before they even become a problem.”
